报告题目:Event-triggered Feedback Control for a Class of Uncertain Nonlinear Systems with One-bit Signal Transmission

内容摘要:In this talk, the problem of feedback control for a class of uncertain nonlinear systems with event-triggered input is considered. The considered system contains not only unknown system parameters, but also general nonlinear functions which are not required to be globally Lipschitz, in contrast to most of the existing results in the area. Besides providing two different event-triggered strategies without input-to-state stable (ISS) assumption with respect to the measurement errors, a new way to encode and decode the event-triggered control signals is proposed to further decrease the communication rate. It is shown that the boundedness of all the signals is ensured and the output signal can be regulated to an adjustable compact set.

报告人简介:

温长云教授 1983年本科毕业于西安交通大学,1989年博士毕业于澳大利亚Newcastle University19891991年在澳大利亚Adelaide University从事博士后研究,1991年加入新加坡Nanyang Technological University(南洋理工大学),现为该校终身教授。温教授目前主要从事Adaptive control, optimization and secure control of cyber-physical systems, intelligent power management system, complex systems and networks方向的研究,曾获2017IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics最佳论文奖,2005年新加坡工程师学会卓越工程成就奖等,并于2009年评选为IEEE Fellow,先后担任IEEE Control System Society Distinguished Lecturer2010-2014年),IEEE Fellow委员会委员(2011-2013年,主要负责评估审核涵盖所有IEEE研究邻域里的Fellow提名人及推荐合格的IEEE Fellow);IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control2000-2002年) 的Associate Editor等。温长云教授现任第 46 Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics SocietyIECON 2020)总主席;Automatica(自2006年起),IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (2013年起),以及IEEE Control Systems Magazine(自2009年起)Associate EditorJournal of Control and Decision 执行主编,并任多个国际会议的大会主席,程序委员会主席等。他已发表近250篇国际顶尖学术刊物文章(包括近100IEEE Transactions 和近40Automatica 文章),180篇国际会议文章, 5本专著和7个章节等。

报告题目: Distributed localization and control for swarm robots

内容摘要: In many applications, a network of multiple autonomous agents holds eminent promises to achieve a level of performance, capability, robustness, and efficiency beyond what a single agent can provide. However, to be advantageous, multiple agents have to work in an organized manner. Basic requirements include localizing the agents in the world coordinate system, achieving certain desired formation shape, etc. This talk is going to present several results regarding distributed localization and formation control. Its aim is to provide a unified framework for both distributed localization and formation control in terms of graph Laplacian. Graph connectedness will be discussed to ensure solvability of these problems, followed by distributed algorithms, for which global convergence is assured.

报告人简介:

Prof. Zhiyun LIN received his PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, Canada, 2005. He is currently a Professor in the School of Automation, Hangzhou Dianzi University, China. Preceding to this position, he held a professor position at Zhejiang University, China, from 2007 to 2016, and a postdoctoral fellow position at the University of Toronto, Canada, from 2005 to 2007. He held visiting professor positions at several universities including The Australian National University (Australia), University of Cagliari (Italy), University of Newcastle (Australia), University of Technology Sydney (Australia), and Yale University (USA). His research interests focus on autonomous systems and robots, distributed control, estimation and optimization, cooperative control of multi-agent systems, hybrid control system theory, etc. He has authored and coauthored one monograph and more than 180 peer-reviewed papers in leading international journals and conferences. According to Google Scholar, his work has been cited over 5000 times. He has been consecutively selected in the list of Most Cited Chinese Researchers by Elsevier from 2014 to 2018. He is currently Associate Editor for IEEE Control Systems Letters, Hybrid systems: Nonlinear Analysis, International Journal of Wireless and Mobile Networking, etc.

报告题目:Exponential stabilization of reaction-diffusion systems via intermittent boundary control

内容摘要:This talk considers the exponential stabilization for reaction-diffusion systems (RDSs) by means of intermittent boundary control. For the case where all system states are available, a state-dependent intermittent boundary controller is designed, and a sufficient condition ensuring the exponential stability of RDSs is presented by employing spatial integral functional method and Poincare's inequality. For the case where system states are not fully accessible, a boundary observer is proposed to estimate the system states, and an observer-based intermittent boundary controller is provided such that the considered system is exponentially stable. Furthermore, an observer-based intermittent boundary controller is designed for the robust exponential stability of uncertain RDSs. Simulation examples are presented to show the effectiveness and potential of our theoretical results.

开宁,哈尔滨工业大学(威海)数学系副教授,博士生导师。主要研究方向为随机微分方程数值方法,随机系统理论以及耦合系统同步,目前已发表SCI论文20余篇。主持国家自然科学基金天元基金,以及山东省自然科学基金面上和青年基金、航天支撑技术基金等。

内容摘要:This talk is corned with the stochastic stabilization via hybrid control strategies. First, a sufficient criterion on stochastic stabilization based on discrete-time observation with a time delay is derived. Next, with the aid of an established dynamical property for the non-autonomous system, a sufficient criterion is derived to ensure the intermittent stochastic stabilization based on discrete-time observation with a time delay. Finally, simulation on a numerical example is performed to illustrate the theoretical results.
